the proverb actually means
he, who can't stand any injustice, may not look out of his window, needs to keep his door locked and his mirrors covered.

translated to Hebrew

מי שלא יכול לסבול אי-צדק אסור לו להסתכל החוצה מהחלון , צריך להשאיר את הדלת שלו סגור והמראות שלו מכוסות
