der vo gloybt – fregt kayn kashes nit; der vos gloybt nit – darf kayn tirutsim nit

the proverb actually means
he that believes – does not ask questions; he that does not believe – needs no answers

translated to Hebrew

מי שמאמין – לא שואל שאלות; מי שלא מאמין לא צריך תירוצים
