צו מאַכן פינסטער איז גענוג איין בּלאָז מיטן מויל...

transliterated
tsu makhn likht iz noytik a lomp, a knoyt un eyl;
tsu makhn fintster iz genug eyn bloz mitn moyl...

the proverb actually means
to make light you need a lamp, a wick and some oil;
to make darkness all it takes is one blow with the mouth..

translated to Hebrew
לעשות אור צריך מנורה, פתיל ושמן,

לעשות חושך מספיק נשיפה אחת מן הפה
