transliteration
"ikh vel” iz a shlekhte gevoynheyt

the saying actually means
I will (I'm gonna) ” is a bad habit.
I want to” is not a good habit nor a bad one (good intentions).
I am ready” is a good virtue (R' M''M of Kotzk)

translated to Hebrew
"עתיד אני" - זו ,תכונה רעה
"רצוני" - מדה ואינה מדה
"הריני" - זו מדה טובה
